Use License

1. With the purchase of any products from I.C.E. Car Club you are only allowed to utilize these for your own use. Neither may the products nor their intellectual property be resold to third parties. This usage license is for personal, non-commercial use only. With this purchase you may not:
   
   1. Modify or copy the products;
   2. Use the products for any commercial purpose;
   3. Attempt to or decompile, copy or reverse engineer any products, goods or hardware from the I.C.E. Car Club  website;
   4. Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the I.C.E. Car Club products; or
   5. Transfer the materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server;
   6. Resell any of the purchased I.C.E. Car Club products.
2. Should you violate any of these restrictions I.C.E. Car Club will take legal action against you.

Acceptable Product Use

Before purchasing and using I.C.E. Car Club products, please review and comply with all regional, local, state and federal laws and regulations. I.C.E. Car Club is not responsible if any of our products does not comply with any of such laws and regulations.

Purchase Process

• Taking an order involves the client/buyer to either use the I.C.E. Car Club official shop or get in touch with us directly, by phone call or email.
• We require the payments to be made in full via the methods offered by us (Paypal, Stripe, Credit Cards or Bank Transfer).
• When purchasing I.C.E. Car Club products we require that you provide us with a name and shipping address.
• Products will only be shipped once the full payment is received.
• We grant the buyer the right to use our products for personal use only.
• We may request pictures and/or videos of your installation of our products, to showcase them online and do so without prior notice.

All rights to any reproduction & usage of our products & design is reserved & only by written permission.

Product Pricing

• All prices are in the currency Euro (unless otherwise selected).
• Prices and specifications can change without prior notice.
• Goods brought directly from the I.C.E. Car Club shop will have shipping prices calculated automatically, depending on your geographical location on top of the price of the goods.
• You can contact us directly and have a quote and goods to be invoiced directly where the prices and shipping can be more manually adjusted to your needs.

Orders & Shipping Completion

• We aim to ship all orders within 10 business days.
• We will be in touch throughout the process and let you know of any delays and an work out the earliest estimated time of delivery.
• We ship worldwide and if for some reason we are unable to ship to your location or the shipping prices vary, we will contact you.
• For international orders, import taxes, customs costs, duties and fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
• All goods are shipped with tracking information and once you have received the tracking information you can use it to track the shipment with the carrier.

Craftsmanship Guarantee

Our components are produced from high quality materials. These include: mild steel with very low carbon content (between 0.05 – 0.25 percent), aircraft-grade aluminum and carbon fiber.  An extreme level of precision and accuracy is required during the design and manufacturing process. This employs the knowledge of highly skilled technical engineers using state-of-the-art laser cutting technology, water jets, autonomous welding robots, among others. Therefore we also like to provide a limited warranty on our craftsmanship.

• This Guarantee/Warranty is mentioned under each product and the period we cover vary from product to product; which is typically from 12 months to 48 months.
• Our product warranty covers our products used for any race and track;
• All defective products must follow the Product Returns Policy outlined below in this document.
• The warranty is however void if any products are subject to abuse, misuse, improper installation, any serious modification that we did not intend to design around.
• Horsepower/torque output numbers may vary from engine to engine and depend on the engine health, supercharger condition, any tune as well as the dynamo meter used. Although we will help in improving or diagnosing any performance issues, the horsepower/torque output would not be considered a valid claim to warranty.

Returns and Refunds

All our brackets and kits are made from high quality materials, produced in a factory with state-of-the-art machinery and finally quality tested by us individually before shipping out.

However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are a enthusiast friendly company, we’re here to help but we do have some rules to prevent our ill use.

• if you are not happy with what you have received or products are not as described or defective and you would like an exchange; you must notify us within 14 days of the products’ arrival. Such orders can be then returned under warranty; a new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund. This does not apply to pre-order products.
• but we cannot accept returns because a customer is having a change of mind after the first 14 days of purchase, nor can we accept returns for minor reasons as items being scratches during shipping or handling and as such;
• should you wish to cancel your order within a short time frame and we have already purchased shipping label(s) for your goods, then we may have to charge you the shipping costs;
• please note: some returns may have a restocking fee up to 20%, deducted from the original price and the original shipping costs won’t be refundable;
• and also note: all returns must be clean and well packed, and finally authorized with us before you send anything back for a refund or exchange.

Therefore to be eligible for a return or refund, please make sure that:

• The products purchase and arrival time frame
• The product is in its original packaging
• The product isn’t used or damaged
• You obtained a Return Merchandise Number (RMN) or Return Authorization from us

Products that do not meet these criteria may not be considered for return.

Products that have been fitted or used will fall under warranty, modifications done to a product without our approval or consultation voids all warranty.

Shipping charges

• Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
• You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping, both to and from I.C.E. Car Club.

Damaged items

• If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Sale items

• Products on sale can be refunded, if conditions above apply.

Pre-order items

• Once a pre-order is made, it can not be refunded. The above conditions given in “returns and refunds” as well as our “craftsmanship guarantee” apply.
